Pleasure

Something that has been coming up a lot in my being lately is pleasure. What is pleasurable for me, what pleasure may look like, and feel like in my life. Outside of sexual pleasure (which, yes absolutely necessary and I am all for it), what are the simple pleasures that can be indulged in daily and with ease. Our being deserve pleasure 🖤

When I started exploring pleasure, I first opened up pinterest. My friend Kia (IG: kiaoratahi) is a bad ass self love & life coach, and while I was in a 2 week group she held, she invited us to use pinterest as a tool for imagining what our dream life looks like. Creating boards like this really helps when deep diving into something so we can visually see what that may look like, so I definitely had to go and create a sweet little pleasure board.

Turns out, for me pleasure kind of looks like a black and white, moody, romantic, artsy, snuggly, plant filled, PNW, coming to self film (Twighlight vibes? lol).

Once I was able to see what I would like pleasure to look like, I was able to try and start implementing it more and really feeling into it. It feels so so lovely and supportive to my being. This is your invitation to lean into and ponder what pleasure feels and looks like for you. Try the pinterest board out and or write a list. Think about the things in your life you already do that are pleasurable for your being and things that seem like they may be a great addition.
